After much hard work and planning, your TACA Board of Directors are very excited to finally share all of the details for our 43rd Annual Training Conference! We’ll have unique classes, great networking events, an awards luncheon, and more all designed to benefit ACOs and shelter personnel from all over Texas. Whether this is your first conference or you’ve been to all forty-two previous meetings, we guarantee you will learn something and have a great time doing it, plus the conference is approved for 15 CE hours by TDSHS.
To help streamline the process, all registration must be done online. The euthanasia recertification course is free but you must indicate you will be attending by clicking on the box. If you are attending the Basic ACO course, simply click on both boxes and leave the rest of the fields empty. Regular registrants just need to choose the course they wish to take in each of the listed time slots. All other time frames will be general sessions with all attendees in one course. Basic ACO class participants will join the rest of the registrants in the general sessions on Wednesday morning. If you are paying by check or at the door, please print the invoice that the system will generate after you register and mail it with your payment or bring it with you at the door.
This is the only conference in the state where every class, event, and award is specifically chosen due to the benefit it provides to our members. If you want the best training that will provide you with tools to better perform your daily duties, this is the conference you need to attend! We look forward to seeing everyone in Abilene on November 12-15!
